Hotel Zoo Berlin

I really like Berlin.

Not too pricey (especially if you stick to neighbourhood eateries and the East side) for a capital city and with friendly locals.

You get a totally different impression of Zee Germans when you visit Berlin than an encounter on a beach in Tenerife for example !

A great hotel in Berlin is the Hotel Zoo - A 4 star with a classic exterior and modern rooms. The hotel is right on a busy shopping street "Kurfuerstendamm" something like Oxford street. It's close to the "U-Bahn" (metro / subway / underground) and is overall in a fantastic location from which to explore Berlin.
